Do you need access to water or power at my location?
No. Our rigs are fully self-contained — we bring our own water tanks and generators. All we need is a parking spot for the vehicle.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
For exterior services, we'll reach out the day before to discuss rescheduling. Interior-only services can proceed in any weather. We don't charge rescheduling fees.
How long does each service take?
Maintenance washes take about 90 minutes. Full details take 4–5 hours. Ceramic coatings are typically a full day. You don't need to be present the entire time — many customers leave for work or errands and come back to a finished vehicle.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected after you've inspected and approved the work. We accept all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Some customers pre-authorize through the booking calendar for convenience.
Do you service apartments and condos?
Yes — as long as we have a reasonable parking spot. Garage spaces, surface lots, and street parking all work. Check with your building manager first if there are any restrictions on commercial vendors.
What's included in your satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not happy with any part of the work when we walk through the final inspection, we'll fix it on the spot — no questions, no extra charge. If for some reason we can't make it right that day, we'll come back free of charge.
